Care pathway

From first enquiry to an individual plan

You should always know what the next step is and who takes it. This is the pathway we follow.

  1. Enquiry

You contact us by email, phone or the appointment request form and tell us, in your own words and only as much as you wish, what kind of support you are looking for.

  2. Suitability review

A clinician reviews whether our services are an appropriate fit for your situation. If they are not, we say so clearly and point you towards services that may be better suited.

  3. Appointment confirmation

If we can help, we agree a time with you and confirm it separately. A request submitted on this website is never a confirmed appointment.

  4. Assessment

A structured, trauma-informed assessment at a pace you set. You decide what you talk about and you can pause or stop at any point.

  5. Individual plan

We write a plan with you: goals, proposed treatment or rehabilitation steps, review points and who to contact. The plan is revisited together and can be changed.

Requests are not confirmations

Submitting a request or sending an email does not create an appointment. An appointment exists only after we have confirmed a specific time with you.

Timescales

Response times are not published yet, because they depend on clinical capacity that is still being confirmed. We would rather leave this blank than state a figure we cannot keep.

If we cannot help

The suitability review sometimes concludes that our services are not the right fit. We tell you this plainly, explain why, and suggest what kind of service may be more appropriate.

Your information

At each stage we ask only for what is needed at that stage. Clinical information belongs in the appointment, not in a web form or ordinary email.
