Registered Finnish healthcare provider

Careful, unhurried care for veterans — in English and Finnish

We provide PTSD and mental health services and spinal injury rehabilitation. You decide the pace, and you decide how much you share.

An appointment request is not a confirmed appointment. This is not an emergency service — in an emergency in Finland, call 112.

Two areas of care to begin with

We are starting deliberately narrow so that the care we offer is genuinely specialised.

PTSD and mental health

Assessment and treatment of post-traumatic stress and related difficulties such as sleep problems, hypervigilance, low mood and difficulties in close relationships.

    Dr. Michael Lindberg

Consultant Spine Surgeon & Medical Director

Dr. Lindberg specialises in complex spinal disorders and surgical decision-making. His philosophy is to recommend surgery only when clinical evidence supports it, while coordinating conservative treatment, pain medicine and rehabilitation whenever possible.

    Dr. Daniel Okafor

Consultant in Pain Medicine & Anaesthesiology

Dr. Okafor treats severe and persistent pain requiring specialist assessment. His approach combines medication review, interventional pain procedures, rehabilitation and careful monitoring. When controlled medication may be clinically appropriate, he applies a documented risk–benefit assessment and ongoing safety follow-up.

No medication — including opioids or other controlled medicines — can be promised in advance or requested through this website. Every treatment and prescribing decision requires an individual clinical assessment, a documented medical need, a review of contraindications and interactions, and appropriate follow-up.

How we work

Trauma-informed by default

You are never required to retell more than you want to. We explain each step before it happens, and you can pause at any time.
